Manal Sayid explores what happens between people when they come together; who speaks, who is heard, what becomes possible, and what gets left behind. Her work examines how dialogue, participation, culture and power shape our ability to navigate complexity, difference and change.
Manal is a facilitator and strategist who has spent more than a decade designing and guiding conversations with leaders, organizations, institutions and communities navigating questions of strategy, belonging, change and collective responsibility. Her work is grounded in a simple belief: how we come together shapes what we are able to imagine, decide and build together.
Manal has facilitated and spoken across public institutions, universities, community organizations and professional gatherings in Canada and internationally. Manal leads a facilitation and consulting practice that works with organizations, institutions and communities across sectors, cultures and contexts. Her work brings together people with different experiences and perspectives to navigate complex conversations, make collective decisions and move through change with greater clarity and trust.
Manal invites us to expand our understanding of what it means to come together, and to reconsider which ways of gathering, listening and deciding we will need for the challenges ahead.
