This year's event will feature thought leaders, entrepreneurs, researchers, artists, and community changemakers from Ottawa and beyond, each sharing an idea worth spreading.

More than a series of talks, TEDxOttawa is an opportunity to engage with new perspectives, spark meaningful conversations, and become part of a community driven by curiosity and lifelong learning.

  • There are several ways to be part of TEDxOttawa:

  • Our venue is conveniently located at 7 Bayview Station Rd. in the heart of Mechanicsville. Situated just off the Parkdale exit of Kichi Zībī Mīkan, it's easily accessible by car or public transportation. The O-Train stop is just a 3-minute walk away.

  • Absolutely. The venue is fully accessible with accessible entrances, restrooms, and designated parking spaces available.

    Additionally, our event staff will be on hand to assist with any specific needs or accommodations. If you require further assistance or have specific accessibility concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us in advance, and we'll ensure your experience is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

  • Yes, there is parking available on-site for guests.

    We're conveniently located just a few steps from the Bayview LRT stop.

    Furthermore, we encourage attendees to consider carpooling or utilizing public transportation whenever feasible, in order to minimize the environmental footprint of the event.

  • We are currently reviewing our applications from the 2026 speaker intake. We will have information around speakers once they are selected and notified.

  • We are currently looking to have tickets go on sale in late summer. We will notify our mailing list and be publishing on our socials.
