Jas Bhandal is an educator, community advocate, and psychotherapist in training who questions what happens when wellness becomes another thing we’re expected to perfect. Drawing on 20+ years of experience in education, yoga, and mental health, she challenges the systems and assumptions shaping how we understand well-being. Her hope is simple: that we learn the practice of wellness while cultivating the curiosity to question the paradigms that define it.
