He is the Principal Architect for Public Sector at Google Cloud, architecting sovereign cloud infrastructure and enterprise AI solutions for Canadian federal and defence organizations while mentoring grassroots tech communities.

He has 25+ years of technology leadership (CTO at Rebel.com, VP Engineering at Azavea), he is the global co-author of Google Cloud’s Well-Architected Sustainability Framework, Governor on the Carleton University Board, and decade-long leader of Tech4Good, Ottawa Civic Tech, and Random Hacks of Kindness.
